Vine Disposal Dumpster Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to any online, email, phone, and or person to person customer request for services

NOTE: Delivery and pick up times are requests and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which we have no control including traffic, equipment failures, landfill delays and other unforeseen reasons. The requested delivery time and pick up time does not come with a money-back guarantee. Dumpster removal may be delayed by 2-4 days depending on the time of day it is confirmed and the influx of orders. Please keep in mind that delivery and pick up services may be fulfilled between 5AM-5PM unless a time restriction is advised.

NOTE: For any dumpster service, do NOT ask the driver, call our office only.

Credit Card Authorization - If you have supplied us with your credit card information, you agree and give authorization to Vine Disposal, LLC to charge your credit or debit card at the time your order is placed. You also agree and give authorization to VINE DISPOSAL to retain your credit or debit card information beyond the last day of your dumpster rental and to charge your credit or debit card for any fees that may apply, which are covered in the terms and conditions listed below. Please note, there is a 3% service charge on every order regardless of payment method.

The dumpster rental will be charged to your debit or credit card you gave us at the time your order is placed. You have been charged up front for the Weight Included. Any additional weight, beyond the included weight (if any) will be charged at the Additional Weight rate above to your card after the dumpster has been taken to the weight scale and we have been charged for the weight, as agreed upon by you on this agreement. Please note that you are responsible for the weight of the material in your dumpster at the time of pickup, even if someone else placed material in your dumpster prior to pick up. Please take the weather into consideration when ordering your dumpster as this may affect the weight of the debris in your dumpster. This is out of our control and there is nothing that can be done if this results in additional weight charges.

Please note that we will not automatically pick up your dumpster when the rental period is up. You will need to call or email Vine Disposal, LLC the business day before you would like your dumpster picked up. Upon acceptance of the dumpster, you agree that if you keep the dumpster longer than the allotted days, you will pay $16.00 for each additional day that you keep the dumpster. Additional Days are charged before pick up and at the end of each month. We will charge the credit card on file for the additional days, and these must be paid before we can schedule pick up of your dumpster.

Cancellation - If you cancel your order the day of delivery with less than 24 hours advance notice, there will be a Cancellation Fee of $120. If the dumpster is refused upon delivery, only a partial refund may apply, and there will be a cancellation and trip fee of $120 each applied. If the dumpster is in the process of being picked up and the service is refused, there will be a Cancellation Fee of $120.

It is also your responsibility for any damage that is caused to the dumpster while in your possession including broken hinges, fire damage, broken door, etc.

Overfilled Dumpsters - IMPORTANT: DO NOT FILL THE DUMPSTER ANY HIGHER THAN THE TOP EDGE OF THE DUMPSTER. Additionally daily usage fees may apply. In the event that our driver is requested to wait onsite while offloading the dumpster, a charge of $2.50 per minute will apply after 15 minute grace period.

OVERLOADING OF DUMPSTER: I understand that a Dumpster is considered full when the material is leveled 12 inches from the top of the dumpster

Overweight Dumpsters - If the estimated weight of the material you place in the dumpster exceeds 20,000 pounds (10 tons), the driver may decide not to take the dumpster, and you will be asked to remove enough material to bring the weight down to 20,000 pounds (10 tons), and you will be charged a $120.00 unsuccessful trip charge, OR the driver not realizing that the load is over 20,000 pounds (10 tons) may take the load and you will be charged a $150 Overweight Penalty charge.

This includes inclement weather, if the dumpster is not on a paved surface as recommended. If it is blocked, or for any reason we are unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster (including being turned away), you will be charged a $120.00 unsuccessful trip charge since we will have to come back later to deliver or pick the dumpster up.
